The production process of plastic woven bags is: raw materials -> wire drawing -> weaving -> film coating -> cutting -> printing -> sewing -> inner bag -> inspection -> finishing -> packing -> storage. In the above production process, wire drawing, weaving, film coating, cutting, printing, inner bag, etc. are the main links that produce loss.
1. Wire drawing: This process is one of the most expensive processes in the production of plastic woven bags, and there are 4 links to produce losses:
1.1 There are plastic sheets and plastic blocks that do not form a film when melt extrusion into a film;
1.2 There are hard edges on both sides of the diaphragm when it is cooled and cut into broken wires;
1.3 After the shaped monofilament is wound to the bobbin, the waste wire is sucked into the waste wire box.
1.4 Every time you change different specifications, varieties, colors, and remove the consumption of the filter.
2. Weaving: In this process, the consumption is relatively large. There are three processes in total:
2.1 The monofilament bobbin rotates on the warp frame, and needs to be arranged in an orderly manner, when the jumper is pierced, and the thread is threaded, there will be wool, floating and dirty threads;
2.2 When the weft yarn is packed into the shuttle that moves in a circular motion, there will be wool, floating yarn and dirty yarn;
2.3 The consumption of the monofilament and monolithic process of the front and rear extradition each time the woven fabric specifications of different widths and units are changed.
3. Coating: The coating process is the second process with high unit consumption. There are 3 small processes in total:
3.1 The burrs need to be removed after the single-piece woven fabric is coated;
3.2 When the raw material is melted and extruded, there is a high-temperature plastic molten material that does not form a film;
3.3 Consumption of front and rear extradition woven fabric single piece and composite woven fabric when changing specifications and varieties of different door widths and different unit weights.
4. Cutting: The cutting process is the third process with high unit consumption, and there are 6 consumptions:
4.1 The shape of the material inlet and outlet is different, and its unit consumption is different. If it is connected to the tapered material mouth of the bag body, the material waste will be greater. At the same time, it is also affected by the length of the material mouth. The longer the material mouth, the greater the unit consumption;
4.2 The consumption of the bag body. The bag cover on the bag body is connected to the feeding opening. The larger the size of the material opening, the more waste of the bag cover fabric that needs to be dug out. Similarly, the size of the bottom cloth cover and the feeding opening also affects the unit consumption. one of the quantitative factors;
4.3 Separator bag. The purpose of the septum bag is to prevent the bag body from bulging around the bag after loading goods, which will affect transportation and storage and save space. There are many holes on each spacer to facilitate the smooth flow of logistics. The size and number of holes dug out It is the place where the single consumption is the heaviest;
4.4 The consumption of the round bag body is also large. Not only the inlet and outlet should dig holes in the bag cover and the bottom of the bag, but also the cover and bottom should be cut into a circle, so that the unit consumption is even greater;
4.5 The consumption of slings and knotted belts is relatively small. Generally, it is due to the small consumption of wool and floating silk when the belt loom wears brown and buckles when changing varieties. Once a broken wire or a breakdown occurs, there will be an unavoidable time difference, which will affect the quality of the woven cloth, tape and other substrates. Therefore, the substrates with inferior quality points must be removed during cutting, which will also result in consumption.
5. Printing: When printing patterns or texts on plastic woven bags, there will be consumption of positioning, proofreading and ink color.
6. Inner bag: The consumption of inner bag is mainly caused by the uneven control of blow molding, and the excess part that is cut out is consumed.
7. Sewing: The single consumption of sewing thread used in the sewing process of plastic woven bags is very small and can be ignored.
